What these specs mean

Core thickness
A 16 mm core is the most common choice for control. The extra depth absorbs more impact, which tends to make dinks and resets easier to keep low, with a little less pop.
Core material
Polypropylene honeycomb is the most widely used core. The plastic cells absorb impact, giving a quiet, soft and forgiving feel that suits control and touch.
Face
Graphite faces are thin and stiff, with a crisp, light response that generally favors control.
