These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of picklehq.com (the "Site"), operated by PickleHQ ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Content on the Site, including paddle specifications, certification status, rules explanations and recommendations, is provided for general information. We work hard to keep it accurate and current (see How We Test), but specifications change, manufacturers revise products and official lists are updated. We don't guarantee that any information is complete, accurate or up to date.
Before relying on a paddle's certification status for sanctioned play, confirm it with the official governing body. Nothing on the Site is medical advice; consult a qualified professional about injuries or physical limitations.
3. Products, prices and third-party sites
The Site links to third-party websites, including retailers. Prices and availability shown may change at any time and are set by the retailer. We are not the seller of any product, are not responsible for third-party sites, products, orders, shipping, returns or warranties, and your dealings with retailers are solely between you and them.
4. Affiliate links
Some links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase. This doesn't change the price you pay or our editorial decisions. See our affiliate disclosure.
5. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Our handling of your data is described in our privacy policy.
6. Submissions
If you send us feedback, corrections or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them to improve the Site, without obligation to you. Please don't send confidential information.

9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PICKLEHQ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH A LINK ON IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

You agree to indemnify and hold PickleHQ harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PickleHQ is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
